(All packages require a 50% of rental fee (non-refundable) plus a $250 security/damage deposit (refundable) at time of booking)


HIGH SEASON: APR-SEPT / LOW SEASON: OCT-MARCH


PACKAGE A: FULL DAY This includes a large ten (10) hour window of time on the day of the celebration for your rehearsal, ceremony, photos & reception.

PACKAGE B: HALF DAY This includes five (5) hours for your set-up, rehearsal, and ceremony, and light reception. (During the summer months we offer this package on any day except Saturday).

PACKAGE C: EXTENDED EVENT This includes two (2) days. One day for your rehearsal and preparations, and the next day for your ceremony and reception (8 hours + 10 hours).

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

• Twelve (12) 60" round tables (they sit eight people per table)
• 80 outdoor metal folding chairs

• 130 indoor padded chairs
• Two outdoor canopies

• Four (4) 6x2.5 ft. folding tables (for head table, food buffet, bar, gifts, cake, etc.)

• Two (2) 6x1.5 ft. folding tables (for guest book, coffee, punch, cake, etc.)
• One (1) 5.5x3.5 ft. ornate wooden table (for gifts, cake, etc.)

• Two (2) 33” square folding tables (for guest book, coffee, punch, cake, etc.)

• Fire pit

• Three (3) Coffee pots

• Punch bowls w/ladles

• Serving platters, bowls, trays, and tiered servers

• Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave

• Indoor Restrooms
• Large outdoor grounds and gardens

• Use of linens on hand, including laundering

• Use of vases on hand
• Use of grand piano by a professional pianist only
• We allow you the freedom to bring in a caterer or to self cater
• Janitorial services after event

SETUP & TAKE DOWN: 
$175 for events under 100 people, $275 for events over 200 people. If you provide us with a floor plan of how you wish the tables and chairs to be set up, we will set them up for you. We will come in after your event and put away the tables and chairs for you. You just need to take your personal items and decorations.


AUDIO TECHNICIAN:
 $35.00/hr. – assisting you with all sound requirements for your special event.


TIME OVER CONTRACT:
 $100/hr. for each hour over hours indicated in chosen package.


EVENT COORDINATOR: 
$50/hr.


SECONDARY BUILDING 
$100 – may be used for event for bride’s/groom’s dressing room, etc.
