We are a Thich Nhat Han style mindfulness practice community. We hope you will join us in the classroom of the Center for Spiritual Living.
We gather every Monday evening and typically have a sitting meditation, a walking meditation, then some other mindfulness practice which varies, using a Tibetan bowl to begin and end each segment, often with a simple song or two.
